What you will do in your working day
- Supporting the class teacher on a daily basis
- Preparing resources and the environment each day
- You will be supporting children with a range of needs including children with specific SEN within small groups and individually
- You will develop a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum to enable you to make daily observations of children to assess their progress
- You will be working as part of a close team communicating with teachers, teaching assistants and parents
