We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us within our Safeguarding Team. You will be working as part of a fast paced and busy company. As a growing business, this is an exciting chance to learn and work in a thriving environment. You will receive a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification. Duties includes updating our CRM and relevant data bases and reviewing new applications and contacting applicants to gather missing information required to carry out KYC (know your customer checks).

What you will do in your working day
- Contacting account holders by phone and email gathering information required by the Safeguarding Officers to complete their investigation
- Updating our CRM and relevant data bases
- Liaison with Safeguarding Manager and Safeguarding Officers
- Reviewing new applications and contacting applicants to gather missing information required to carry out KYC (know your customer checks)

- On and off the job training and location to be confirmed
