What you will do in your working day
Duties:
- To develop your role within the team, especially with regard to being a key worker
- To keep good records of the children
- Maintain good relationships with parents and children
- Assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children
- To be aware of the nurseries policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Qualification
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification
- Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end point assessment

- A full-time position at the nursery and pathways for continuous professional development are available for staff to progress
