GEP Building Energy Service Ltd have a new and exciting opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their team. You will be joining a warm and friendly team, assisting with the day to day activities of the business. If you have a can do attitude and a keen eye for detail, apply below! GEP Building Energy Service are offering up to £7 per hour for this role
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 40

What you will do in your working day
- Data entry
- Purchase order processing
- Implementing processes of systems
- Using sage and inhouse software
- Calls and emails with clients/ customers
- Sending statements
- Day to day admin tasks
The training you will be getting
- Business Admin Level 3
- Functional Skills Maths if required
- Functional Skills English If required
- Training carried out within the working environment, online portfolio, coach visits once a month.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
On completion of this apprenticeship a full time position will be available. GEP Building Energy Services are offering a life long job with lots of progression for the successful candidate.
