What you will do in your working day
Duties include:
- Administer and maintain in house systems and documents relating to statutory compliance, invoicing, purchase orders and suppliers
- Assisting Regional Facilities Managers out in the field with essential compliance administration
- Raising work requests on in house systems
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure queries are completed in a timely manner
- Completing standard supporting documents (costing workbooks) to assist the work request process
- Updating records on CAFM system including site details, supplier details, job details, documents

The training you will be getting
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training
- You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
