What you will do in your working day

  • Order office supplies
  • Support in the management of internal facilities supplier accounts
  • Support in the management of office subscriptions to online resources
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Support in the management of the company's systems, databases, and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for the directors as needed
  • Support in the management of job board accounts
  • Process supplier invoices and correct tax deductions on Xero for Bamboo
  • Complete CIS checks
  • Manage supplier contacts on Xero
  • Manage the finance email inboxes for Lignum, Bamboo and BranchTech
  • Support in compliance audits
  • Support in credit control

The training you will be getting

To attend Warrington & Vale Royal College for a 12 week block (one day per week during this time) to work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.
