What will the apprentice be doing?
Within the business, you will be:
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Trained in answering incoming emails, responding timely and appropriately
- Gaining full product knowledge of the business activities
- Working as part of a small team to carry out day to day activities
- Liaising with the various organisations to submit various reports, etc.
- Create, file and retrieve all documentation both electronically and in physical format if necessary
- Provide customer service and care when needed
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full Business Administration Level 3.
All training to take place at the employer's premises.
