What will the apprentice be doing?

Level 2 Customer service practitioner standard apprenticeship including Functional Skills if required, plus end point assessment. All training to be taken on company site with no day release.

A permament contract of employment and elevation in pay awaits the right candidate upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
