What will the apprentice be doing?

The right person is key to this administration role, with us able to give you all the training and guidance needed to carry out the role and grow into a career at DNA.

The roles will be basic shadowing of administrator’s, alongside advisers and general learning of what it takes to become an experienced administrator for an initial period. The role then progresses into a more in-depth role as your knowledge of the role, the business and the skills required improves. This position will offer you many opportunities in the future at DNA and is a great place to start of your career in a fast-paced and exciting financial services business.

Duties will include:

  • Online administration and data entry of client files on CRM system
  • Shadowing administrators and advisers
  • Sending documents to lenders
  • Emailing and calling clients and lenders
  • Dealing with daily client queries
  • Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
  • Scheduling appointments / meetings
  • Participating in weekly meetings
  • Effective communication in the team
  • Using all Microsoft programmes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The successful candidate will work towards a level 3 business administration qualification
  • Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment
  • On and off the job training and location to be confirmed

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

To be discussed on completion of apprenticeship.
