Continual assessments, coupled with assignments/or exams depending on course of study. Time spent training will be part of the agreed contracted hours of the working week.
At the end of your training, you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment, and you will receive a Level 3 qualification.

They will develop them in both areas and support them to build on the skills they have and to give them any new skills they require for their job role. This role will have a dedicated person to support them through their apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are an expending and growing company. This role will be working side by side with two departments, the Service and Breakdown department and the Project Coordination department.
