What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Responsibilities

 

Answer the telephone and welcome visitors
Monitor and respond to email queries
Open and distribute post
Monitor and order stationery
Undertake photocopying, scanning and filing
Undertake travel and accommodation bookings to best value
Support the Fleet and Procurement team with facilities tasks such as stock inventories and ordering equipment
Support the Fleet team with vehicle data reporting
Coordinate ordering and delivery of PPE equipment for site teams
Support production of company newsletter and other internal communications
Administer updates to the website and other digital channels
Support with implementation of Marketing Strategy
Coordinate development of external marketing materials such as brochures
Support event and venue booking and management
Coordinate projects with creative partners e.g. photographers, copywriters
Collate customer feedback results – contribute to action plans arising from results
Support IT team with hardware and software orders
Support the tender process with marketing information as required
