What will the apprentice be doing?
- Support the Pension Scheme Administrators with general administration duties in relation to Pension Trustee work
- Screen all telephone calls and handle them appropriately
- Deal with correspondence including writing letters and emails
- Produce and issue invoices for rental properties
- Produce and issue fee invoices and ensure payment is received
- Organise and update relevant data using back office database applications
- Analyse bank transactions and upload data to back office database
- Open and scan post and distribute to staff
- Collating information for VAT returns
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- The course is delivered remotely and consists of remote workshops, progress reviews and projects
- The course is 12 months + 6 months end point assessment
- You will be assigned a specialist Trainer and Skills Coach to support you through the course as well as on the job training
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- There are no specific qualifications required to be a Pension Scheme Administrator however, there are various opportunities within the Company to progress following successful completion of the Apprenticeship
