What will the apprentice be doing?
Huge career development opportunities in a fast growing Property Inventory Report Company. Excellent opportunity for growth and progression in an established Company with 10 years’ experience. Fast track progression into management roles for achieving individuals.
Must be aged 17+ with a UK Driving Licence and own car; travelling around Birmingham is essential for property appointments straight after another and meeting with tenants and landlords.
Hybrid role, duties will include:
- Producing administrative reports for the property industry
- collecting and returning keys to Lettings Agents, Landlords, and other customers
- Producing highly detailed property reports by inputting relevant property data into handheld mobile devices that contain accurate description and supporting photographs
- Obtaining property meter readings (gas, electric and water) for the day’s reports
- Using judgement to make decisions regarding actions required during property inspections
- Checking own reports for accuracy and quality and complete them within agreed timescales
- Providing a reliable service through effective time management
- Meeting Tenants and Landlords at properties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- At least 6 hours per week as agreed with manager/assessor of on/off the job training and online qualification portfolio (uploading evidence of work, witness statements, tracking progress, working through qualification units/assignments/projects)
- Online resources available

- Exam
- EPA - End Point Assessment including an interview with End Point Assessor
