What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Attending client meetings
  • Inputting all details into computerised case management system
  • Creating the computerised file correctly and quickly
  • Dealing with external client correspondence
  • Creating physical files accurately and promptly
  • Accurately recording all correspondence
  • Administration support, such as typing, filing, photocopying
  • Speaking to clients and taking initial attendances
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

  • Off the job training will take place 1 day a week at Oldham College
