What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answer telephone calls, helping where possible and transfer calls internally
  • Create and update records, keeping the digital filing in order and ensuring that compliance expectations are met on all documentation
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Provide a front of house service for all company visitors
  • Maintain the office set up and internal systems
  • Provide administrative support for all staff
  • Supporting with clerical operations to support the A-B processing for freight forwarding

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard -  delivered both face to face and online
  • Maths and English functional skills training if necessary
  • Dedicated Juniper skills coach for on the job training

  • Possible full time position after completion of the apprenticeship or a career progression into other suitable roles within the business. This may include roles such as Freight negotiations or contracts and letters of credit assistant
