We are looking for a fun, friendly outgoing member of front of house staff to join our strong knowledgeable team. We are an award-winning gastro pub with our sights set on rosettes and more! You will meet and greet guests, serve guests, plus more. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Wage dependant on age and experience.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).Minimum Wage Rates

What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Good knowledge of the menu
- Taking orders
- Greeting and seating guests
- Bar work
- Maintaining cleanliness
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 Food and Beverage Operative.
Functional skills in maths and English (if required).
How training will be delivered is to be confirmed.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Head Waiter/Waitress or hotelier.
