What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering the phone

- Answering queries or signposting to the correct place
- Processing NHS mail including post in and out, electronic letters and emails
- Reception duties including; greeting patients, answering the phone and keeping reception area tidy
- Helping with patient records movement
