What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with external and internal customers
  • Producing a range of different documents using a variety of software packages
  • Scanning and electronic filing
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Using bespoke software to maintain records
  • Organising meetings and booking rooms
  • Using office equipment

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3
  • You will have a minimum of 6 hours off the job for training each week which may be completed in the office or at home
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is no guarantee of a permanent position, however, at the end of your contract you will have 3 months of priority access to our vacancies to support you to find employment.
