What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Management of patient records workflow
  • Processing patient documentation
  • Assisting with audits when required
  • Provide support to Administration, Reception and Dispensing team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will complete your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship alongside this role.
  • The training will be completed in your working environment, with Steadfast Training coming in once a month to deliver some learning, and then giving them some work to be completing before your next meeting. 
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
