About the employer

Independent Health Group was set up in 2004 with the aim of offering patients the choice of being treated out of hospital, closer to home. We wanted to create a new health care organisation in which like-minded health care professionals could deliver truly patient centred care. By working for us, you can make a real difference to patient care and treatment. We currently work from several sites in Wiltshire and Leicestershire but also have services in Devon and Gloucester. We provide surgical services in hand surgery, podiatric surgery, hernia, vasectomy and cataracts. Our HQ is based in modern offices at Peasedown St John, south of Bath. We wish to attract and develop the best people to be successful in our aim, which is to be a leading provider of community- based diagnostic and treatment services of the highest quality, where patients always come first.
