What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Preparing learner paperwork packs and managing company sign-up appointments
  • Facilitating the enrolment of learners during group and 1-2-1 sessions, providing advice and guidance on course requirements (including duration and content)

  • You will achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Specialist
  • The Apprenticeship training will take place fully in the workplace, and will be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis
  • The training will take place during your working hours, and will be a block release

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Excellent career progression by having internal promotions to Team Leader, while also having the opportunity to work within different departments.
