What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The apprentice will receive training in several accounting softwares gaining certifications
  • The apprentice will receive tasks from a senior member of the team daily
  • The apprentice will be expected to help in a few departments within the company
  • There will be a lot of data entry to begin with until the apprentice is familiar with the process

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The apprentice will be working towards a qualification in AAT (levels 2,3 & 4)
  • The apprentice will go to Petroc college one day a week for qualification training and will receive on the job training in the office
  • The training will be one day a week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once qualified the candidate can gain their own portfolio of bookkeeping clients and manage their own workflow.
