What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsibilities:

Accounting 

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal use.
  • Assist with customer expense reimbursements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
  • Processing returned equipment including customer & supplier refunds.

Administration (Customer service)

  • Handle customer administration queries via the phone & email.
  • Assist with processing equipment dispatches.
  • Your day to day contact will be our Senior Accounting Administrator who will also oversee your training.
