What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsibilities

  • Inputting Purchase invoices
  • Filing Invoices
  • Checking statements off with Purchase Ledger
  • Making payment to suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Inputting sales receipts on to the ledger.
  • Chasing customer payments, this will include emailing, followed up by a phone call.
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries – price queries, shortage and POD’s.

The Employer may from time to time amend the JOB DESCRIPTION and in addition to the duties set out above you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3.
  • Full system training, product and companies position within the market place.

     

     

     

     

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Full time employment with advancement within the group.
  • Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
