What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsibilities
- Inputting Purchase invoices
- Filing Invoices
- Checking statements off with Purchase Ledger
- Making payment to suppliers
- Bank reconciliations
- Inputting sales receipts on to the ledger.
- Chasing customer payments, this will include emailing, followed up by a phone call.
- Dealing with customer invoice queries – price queries, shortage and POD’s.
The Employer may from time to time amend the JOB DESCRIPTION and in addition to the duties set out above you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

- Business Administrator Level 3.
