What will the apprentice be doing?
Through pro-active telephone contact to initiate contact, maintain and develop a national Network of Companies - a falcon customer. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Dealing with inbound and outgoing telephone calls
- Take ownership of a specific geographical area
- Working on a computer inputting customer detail
- General business administration duties
