What will the apprentice be doing?

Through pro-active telephone contact to initiate contact, maintain and develop a national Network of Companies - a falcon customer. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with inbound and outgoing telephone calls
  • Take ownership of a specific geographical area
  • Working on a computer inputting customer detail
  • General business administration duties

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship on day release at Warrington & Vale Royal College
