What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responsible for, but it is not limited to:

  • Dispatching orders
  • Taking telephone calls
  • Managing customer databases
  • Organising incoming stock through our new barcoding system
  • Serving showroom customers
  • Managing an Ebay account

You would earn commission for telephone and face to face sales as well as monthly team bonus schemes and bi-annually office bonus competitions.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards a Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship. You will do this on site, an assessor will come to the office and complete work with you, and you will have time to complete assignments within your work hours. You will be supported with on-the-job training and coaching with us.

Functional skills in maths and English (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There are opportunities for progression as a growing business. Current General Manager and 3 other employees began as apprentices.

Things to consider

· You will need to be able to reliable commute to our Leigh Office (10 minute walk from bus station) · Some heavy lifting required when demonstrating scooters. · Our customers are vulnerable adults with disabilities and the elderly so patience and customer care will be paramount. · You will spend 90% of your working day sat at the computer.
