About the employer

We are passionate about finding the right solution for schools and candidates, ranging from short-term cover to permanent positions, whether it being teacher jobs, teaching assistant jobs or supply teacher jobs. We enjoy the double responsibility of working in education recruitment. Like all recruiters, we have a role in contributing to our candidates’ happiness by finding them the right jobs. But in education, we believe it’s not just about filling vacancies: we are also looking to add real value to schools by finding them staff who can make a positive difference to their pupils. We know that getting the best results means sticking to certain principles: Quality, not quantity: We manage realistic workloads for all our recruitment consultants so we always provide a quality service and experience for all parties. Honesty: The worst thing we can do is place the wrong person in the wrong job, for both the client and the candidate. We operate with transparency and are always straight with all parties. Comprehensive service: We work with all our teachers, teaching assistants, support staff and schools to provide a thorough service. From initial interviews, through placement and follow up, you can rest assured that you will receive the upmost care and attention from us.
