You will learn a variety of different cooking styles and flavours, and all of our food is locally sourced and made freshly to order. Our menu changes regularly plus we offer outside catering and parties. We have small supportive team and welcome young minds to bring enthusiasm.

What will the apprentice be doing?

We are a busy family run business with a cafe and deli counter. We cook our food seasonally and fresh every day for eat in and takeaway.


  • Learn the running of the kitchen
  • Learn food preparation
  • Learning health and safety 
  • Assisting the other staff in all areas of the kitchen including ordering and records 
  • Learning  other skills in the cafe and in the shop
