What will the apprentice be doing?

Payroll:

Print off all timesheets and emails with hours.

Log onto the timesheet portal and drawdown hours posted by temporary workers

Check all hours add up/match timesheets

Add hours to spreadsheets to be sent to different payroll providers

Input timesheets to client portals

Deal with candidate and client queries

Scanning, photocopying

Answering telephone, transferring calls or taking detailed messages

 

Compliance

Sending e-signature registration packs to candidates

Checking passports and right to work documents

Checking Proofs of Address, Proofs of NI

Requesting employment and character references

Chasing candidates and referees for documents and references

Maintaining compliance register

Ad hoc administration
