An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Customer Service Specialist L3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Offer of a full time permanent postion upon sucessful completion of your apprenticeship. 512 offer a very good career opportunity, for example, you can work your way up to management.
