What will the apprentice be doing?
Power Tool Centre Ltd are Service & Repair Agents for many leading brands and sell a large range of Hand tools, Power Tools, Hardware, Spares and Accessories for the Trade and the keen DIYer. They are looking to recruit an Apprentice Repair Technician to join their team. Apprentice Repair Technician £300.00 per week (there will be regular increases based on performance and loyalty) Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced repair technicians in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of power tools such as impact drivers, circular saws and sanders
- Learn to use various tools, equipment, and technology to identify issues and perform repairs efficiently
- Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment following industry standards
- Collaborate with senior repairmen to provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' concerns and explaining repairs when necessary
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills and knowledge
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
