Apprentices will be working alongside fully qualified body panel technicians to be fully trained repairing and replacing damaged panels using approved techniques including gas, electric and plastic welding. What you will do in your working day
Vehicle Body Panel Technician Apprentices are trained to repair and replace damaged panels using approved techniques, including:
- Replace damaged panel
- Repairing damaged vehicles using specialist body jigs
- Plastic welding up to B.S.I certification

Level 3 Vehicle Damage Panel Technician Apprenticeship Standard:
- Key Skills (IT, Communication and Application of Number)
- The apprentice will attend college under block release
