    £16,525.51

    Performance Related Pay (PRP) - twice a year. Yearly grade increase. Medicash enrolment after 6 months probation. Option to Opt into Company pension after 3 months under the age 22, over the age of 22 automatic opt-in after 3 months Company pension.

  • Working week

    Our normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week with a 30 minute break. Core hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm and Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 12.00pm Friday. A flexible approach is required.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You will hold a significant position within the organisation, assisting in the purchasing of goods and services across all departments
  • You will also assist in maintaining supplier performance for On Time Delivery and cover administrative duties to ensure pricing, invoices and Purchase Orders are managed in accordance with company procedures
  • Another vital aspect of this role is to place routine/repeat Production and Maintenance tooling orders to ensure production levels are maintained by preventing stock-outs

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship
  • Fully remote training delivery commencing shortly after the starting date
  • Individual training courses (including technical and soft skills)
  • Functional skills in maths and English (if required)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of the apprenticeship, we are hoping to offer a full-time Production Buyer role, assigned to one of the manufacturing departments.
