What will the apprentice be doing?
- Working closely with our Director and Commercial Department
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Preparing valuations and pricing of variations
- Liaising with the procurement team to order materials for site
- Monitor costs to ensure budgets are met/ cost analysis
- Visiting our sites when required
- Liaising with our contracts team and supervisors on site
- Dealing with any queries that may arise
- Checking and completing labour timesheets on a weekly basis
- Measuring projects using Bluebeam
- Completing 'tick sheets' of the drawings using Excel
- Any other tasks requested by the Commercial Team
