What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working closely with our Director and Commercial Department
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  • Preparing valuations and pricing of variations
  • Liaising with the procurement team to order materials for site
  • Monitor costs to ensure budgets are met/ cost analysis
  • Visiting our sites when required
  • Liaising with our contracts team and supervisors on site
  • Dealing with any queries that may arise
  • Checking and completing labour timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Measuring projects using Bluebeam
  • Completing 'tick sheets' of the drawings using Excel
  • Any other tasks requested by the Commercial Team
