What will the apprentice be doing?

➢ Purchase Order processing
➢ Inputting orders onto the system – Electronic system
➢ Raising purchase orders for suppliers
➢ Liaising with both customers and suppliers on delivery dates
➢ Securing competitive quotes from suppliers
➢ General sourcing of products.
➢ Inspection and packaging of goods
➢ Other general admin duties as required

Training will be given.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment covering:

  • Knowledge
  • Skills
  • Behaviour

As required to meet Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship Standard.

  • You will attend online masterclasses every other week for 1 day
  • Maths & English Level 2 (if required)
  • Qualification achieved: L3 Business Administrator

Based at our site in Rugby, we have ample car parking space, and the site is situated nearby to Rugby Railway Station. The post will entail working in a small team at the offices of Sirius SCS which is based at the location of Precision Laser Processing Ltd
