What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Registering new applicants
  • Arranging viewings
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone/email/face to face
  • Marketing emails
  • Effectively communicating with clients and customer
  • General administration duties as required.

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standards & Estate Agent CePap Qualification which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:
