Within the role, you will work alongside a dedicated team and provide a high level of manufacturing / production duties. You will work in the factory and will work alongside a member of the fitting team learning their role.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- The apprentice will learn to make all aspects of blinds within the company, (verticals, rollers, perfect fit, pleated)
- Day to day running of the factory
- Stock take
- Replenish stock
- Make daily order, orders, deliveries
- You will be shadowing a member of the fitting team out on the road
- General duties keeping your work space tidy
- The work load be assigned to the apprentice each day
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will study the Lean Manufacturing Operative. The qualification will be studied in the workplace.
On completion of the apprenticeship the apprentice will receive a Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
