What will the apprentice be doing?

Day to day running of the office which includes:

  • Answering the phone
  • Making appointments
  • Checking emails
  • Ordering stock
  • Checking orders
  • Data input
  • Cash handling
  • Dealing with customer face to face in the shop
  • Customer complaints
  • Booking in fittings
  • Setting up work load for the fitters for next day from the diary sheets
  • Social media

The apprentice’s key responsibilities will be managing their own work on a daily basis.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard

All training to be delivered at the employers premises.
