What will the apprentice be doing?
Day to day running of the office which includes:
- Answering the phone
- Making appointments
- Checking emails
- Ordering stock
- Checking orders
- Data input
- Cash handling
- Dealing with customer face to face in the shop
- Customer complaints
- Booking in fittings
- Setting up work load for the fitters for next day from the diary sheets
- Social media
The apprentice’s key responsibilities will be managing their own work on a daily basis.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
All training to be delivered at the employers premises.
