What will the apprentice be doing?

A fantastic position has become available at a full livery yard, consisting of 18 horses, with a lovely, friendly team.

You will be working alongside them to look after and care for the horses, duties include:-

  • Mucking out
  • Yard duties
  • Turning out
  • Tacking up
  • Assisting at competitions
  • Feeding
  • Riding and lunging
  • Helping with Livery clients/ horses
  • Clipping etc

This position is run alongside an apprenticeship qualification. A great way to get paid and educated doing what you love.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • A level 2 certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • All training will take place within the workplace
  • Your dedicated trainer coach will visit you at work every 4 weeks.
