business trip. We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Administrator
to ensure that every client's unique requests and desires are met with
precision and care.

In this role as a Travel Administrator, you will be a vital link between our
clients and their dream trips, ensuring that their travel experiences
exceed expectations, and their journeys are flawlessly executed. Your
meticulous attention to detail, dedication to personalised service, and
ability to adapt in a dynamic environment will be key to your career
progression.
- Crafting travel plans for quotations and managing booking
procedures. - Liaising with hotels, airlines and internal departments.
- Assisting with the booking process for our clients.
- Monitoring all bookings for changes, updates and solving any
issues. - Adding frequent flyer numbers, booking seats and dealing with any special requests.
- Respond to customer requests.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Candidates will be enrolled via East Surrey College and will study on day release - studying will be carried out in the workplace.
Upon successful completion, candidates will gain a level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates can progress onto the sales team, full time travel administrator, business
development, marketing team, we have many opportunities.
