What will the apprentice be doing?
- Plan, produce and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage the annual marketing budget and deliver activity within budget
- Manage programme cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Monitor and report ROI on spend
- Professionally manage KSA website, CMS, CRM, and all social media platforms
- Manage all aspects of design, print production, receipt, and distribution with permission of C.E.O
- Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage whilst promoting KSA brand
- Conduct market and competitor research, collating prices, and services
- Direct staff where necessary
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships
- To attend regular monthly meetings-showing work/development/progression and reports
- Supporting marketing plans; working with existing marketing activities such as digital marketing campaigns, distributing press releases, literature creation. Working alongside suppliers to deliver on projects and ensuring all online and hard copy literature is kept-up-to date
- Database Management: Updating current CRM systems, creating campaigns and report on effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications
- Public Relations: Sustaining existing relationships with local publications
- Internal communications; staff newsletters etc.
- Website Maintenance: Updating content on current websites and creating & updating posts on blog
- External Communications: Production and delivery of company (corporate, service & product) materials
- External sales support: liaising with the sales team and assisting them with lead generation
- Event Management: Assisting with the planning of exhibitions and event management
- Customer Services: Client contact, carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, compiling results and reports. Log in customer complaints/issues and communicate to the relevant person within the business (experience of customer services would be ideal)

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:
- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement
Apprentices must achieve one internationally recognised vendor or professional qualification. This then exempts one of the Ofqual-regulated knowledge modules as shown below:
