About the employer

Carwarthen Farm is family run farm, comprising 700+ acres. Our home farm works alongside our other three farms all based on the Roseland. We run 1000 ewes, in a closed commercial flock. Our breeding programme is supported by research into genetics, where we use rams supplied by innovis. (www.innovis.org.uk). This promotes quality and ensures only the best data and identification purposes. Lambing takes place indoors, during the first three weeks of March and there will be plenty of hands on lambing experience and tuition. Pasture management and field maintenance will be completed throughout the year, along with stock welfare, weighing and recording. We also run a market garden, supplying local restaurants with fresh produce. (roselandmarketgarden on Instagram)
