What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer service practitioner level 2 including Functional Skills (if required).

You will be provided with training in the workplace by your manager/mentor. You will also have access to facilities to complete off-the-job training. Apprentices will attend an activity day on campus every 6 weeks with your college instructor-mentor, they will also visit you regularly in the workplace to complete observations, progress reviews, and professional discussions and ensure you recieve the support you need to achieve. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is potential for successful apprentices to progress to the next level of qualification.
