What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties:
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a first point of contact for user support, accurately logging and recording call details through the use of Service Management tools - ServiceNow
- Use scripts, personal skills and knowledge to resolve incidents at first contact
- Providing software and hardware support, resolving problems and issues
- Undertake laptop builds
- Create and maintain accurate known error logs and user-based FAQs
- Collaborating with other service teams to facilitate successful resolution for the user
