We are looking for Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham borough residents who are interested in completing a Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship. The successful candidate will spend 42 months working as an Electrical Apprentice as part of the CITB Shared Apprenticeship Scheme, employed by Evolve Apprentices. Level 3 Installation Electricians install electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and domestic environments, both indoor and outdoor.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Level 3 Installation Electricians install electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and domestic environments, both indoor and outdoor. Electrical equipment and systems may include switchboards, motors, cables, fuses, thermal relays, fault current protection switches, heating, lighting, air conditioning and metering equipment as well as crime and fire alarm systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Assist with unloading and moving of deliveries / systems on site
• Keep site tidy and safe in line with company health and safety policy
• Assisting with the installation of cables, switchboards, lighting, and heating / cooling
• Assisting with fault finding and testing, and checking of electrical systems
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Installation electrician and maintenance electrician Level 3.
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of this apprenticeship, you can work as a qualified Junior Electrician where, with more experience, you can look to progress into a senior position, site/contracts/project management, self-employment, or Electrical business owner. You will be eligible for the Electrician ECS (Gold) CSCS Card after the level 3 qualification.
