What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include but not limited to:

  • You will learn about the markets, forecasts, trading and systems
  • Contacting existing clients regarding their current commercial utilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and issues
  • Keep accurate computer records
  • You will learn the processes of fact finding
  • In the meantime, you will progress to a commercial energy specialist
