Customer Service / Parts Apprentice BERKSHIRE PARTS & PANELS LTD
We are keen to train and support an apprentice who will really enjoy building relationships with customers. If you would enjoy taking inbound calls, upselling and making outbound calls then this would be a great first role for an outgoing apprentice, who is looking for a challenge and to get a foot in the door of a customer service / sales career.

Quarterly pay review
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Conversing with the customer to understand their needs
- Processing the customers requirements
- Upselling promotions and discounts
- Outbound sales calls
- Assist on the trade counter at times
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training for the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner is 2 days a month with WBTC, group sessions both in person and remote. Once a month there would be a 1-1 training and review meeting with their Training Consultant.
Functional skills English and maths Level 1, if required would be delivered both in person and remotely.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Continuation of training and development is encouraged.
