What will the apprentice be doing?

  • As part of our team, you'll ensure every customer receives a great experience from the outset, creating a positive impression at every opportunity
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills with the desire to resolve a customer's query to their satisfaction, whatever this may be
  • Responsible for successfully executing the day-to-day running of all customer communications within HU. These communications will be delivered via phone, email, direct mail, social media and live chat
  • The ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment along with excellent organisational skills
  • Communicating with customers to advise them of stock availability, lead times and delivery dates whilst managing their expectations
  • Confident with responding to social media posts and using the live chat function
  • Offer guidance and advice to our customers along with a strong sales mindset

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
