What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The candidate will be given full training which will allow them to understand and complete the daily tasks required in the operations team
  • Initially this will be running macros, performing reconciliations and dealing with our outsourced service providers. Over time the apprentice will be encouraged to get involved more broadly with building and maintaining macros and operational workflows
  • CGAM have the systems and procedures in place to allow the candidate to fully understand all aspects of the Asset Management landscape and this is an incredible opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a successful asset management firm

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Apprentice will obtain the Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) at the end of the course
  • The training will be based in the office four days a week with one day of study either at BPP or online

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We hope the apprentice will complete the course and take a full time role at the company on completion. The progression would be Apprentice to Operations Analyst, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager.
