The role includes dealing with customers face to face, via telephone and email as well as taking payments and assisting with general office duties.

What you will do in your working day
- Learn company procedures and systems and will, with direction, be expected to work independently to complete set tasks
- Deal with prospective customers; face to face at reception and on the telephone
- As well as responding to emails
- Dealing with current customers; dealing with questions and taking payments
- Assisting in general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Assisting in updating social media channels
The training you will be getting
- The apprentice will finish with a Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Qualification
- The apprentice will also have the opportunity to work towards their functional skills or GCSE retakes in both maths and English whilst doing their apprenticeship
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- The role is progressive, and the successful candidate may be able to take on more responsibility and progress within the company and the company may be looking to offer a full-time role to the successful candidate
